The process to make marcs is first to choose grapes from the estate. The marcs are distilled in two passes, only the heart -the most noble part of the distillate- is distilled again to ensure an exceptional aromatic purity and finesse.

Distillation
The aroma, flavour and delicacy of a large marc depends closely on the quality of the grape: they all come from the estate. They are therefore perfectly ripe aromatic.
After being pressed without crushing, the berries of the destemmed grapes are collected to macerate and ferment for two months.
