Coming from plots cultivated in organic agriculture, this Crémant d'Alsace is from different grape varieties: Pinot Blanc (25%) Pinot Auxerrois (25%) Pinot Gris (25%) Riesling (15%) and Pinot Noir (10%).
The vines are planted in the Rouffach region, on soils dominated by limestone, suitable for the production of fine and elegant creamy base wines.
Average age of vines : 20 years
