Terroir :
This Crémant d'Alsace comes from plots of the family estate cultivated in biodynamic and is composed of Riesling (50%) Chardonnay (50%).
The wine was bottled in 2017 to make its foam setting. The aging on slats lasted more than 5 years, which brought to this creamy complexity in the aromas and volume in the mouth. The disgorgement date indicated on the label will allow you to taste it according to your tastes. A year after the disgorgement, the wine reveals its characteristic fruit aromas. Beyond it it gains in complexity.

Elegant and refined, Crémant d'Alsace is made using the traditional method. Its fine bubbles come from a second fermentation in bottle. Fresh and subtle, it will convince the most refined palates.
