Elegant and refined, Crémant d'Alsace is made using the traditional method. Its fine bubbles come from a second fermentation in bottle. Fresh and subtle, it will convince the most refined palates.
This crémant has got a nice pink colour. There is a persistent string of fine bubbles around the glass. Its open nose gives off scents of red fruits (strawberry, raspberry). On the palate it is rounded but strong. Some tannins from the pinot noir make a nice virility impression. At last, the finish is fine, fresh and long. It is to be served as an aperitif or with a meal.

Coming from plots cultivated in organic agriculture, this Crémant d'Alsace is from a single grape variety: Pinot Noir.
The vines are planted in the Rouffach region, on soils dominated by limestone, suitable for the production of fine and elegant creamy base wines.
The grapes are pressed whole after a light maceration that gives its color to Crémant Rosé.
