Rather discreet nose with fine touches of white fruits and wild flowers, dry balance in the mouth but a rather smooth texture with hints of brioche. Fine and lively foam, fresh finish.

Coming from plots cultivated in organic agriculture, this Crémant d'Alsace is from different grape varieties: Pinot Blanc (25%) Pinot Auxerrois (25%) Pinot Gris (20%) Riesling (20%) Chardonnay (5%) and Pinot Noir (5%).
The vines are planted in the Rouffach region, on soils dominated by limestone, suitable for the production of fine and elegant creamy base wines.
Average age of vines : 20 years
