"Nice nose of burlat cherry, woody nose a little present ; suave and ample mouth, worked in delicacy, the fruit and the freshness are respected by the breeding. The balance is just right between the maturity of the fruit and the fresh impetus that carries the matter to a persistent, sapid and finely spiced finish. A neat wine, accessible but with a promising future."

The vine
Located in Rouffach, the Clos Saint Landelin is the southern end of Grand Cru Vorbourg. The soil is marl-limestone and stony.
Its iron-rich clays give the earth a very characteristic red color and are favorable to the production of red wines. The pinot noir is planted on the upper part of the Clos Saint Landelin which forms a plateau exposed to the wind and which offers ideal conditions for ripening the grapes.
Average age of vines : 45 ans
