The vine
Located in Rouffach, Clos Saint Landelin is the southern end of Grand Cru Vorbourg. The soil is marl-limestone and stony.
The pinots are well suited to the windy and dry conditions of the upper part of the Clos Saint Landelin. Pinot gris, in particular, develops aromas of fruit and yellow and a powerful structure.
Average age of vines : 40 years
This Pinot Gris is the perfect companion for poultry in sauce, truffles, foie gras, or cooked cheeses.
