The «Côte de Rouffach» is one of the 11 communal appellations recognized in Alsace. It is a favorable terroir for Riesling, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir.
Nose of a beautiful sharpness, on the white and yellow fruits. Freshness on the palate with peach and apple, acidity and a fine citrus bitterness.
This wine has been grown without additives for it to express its full potential. Let it air in a carafe for best enjoyment.

The vine
Sheltered from the highest peaks of Vosges, the slopes of the Rouffach region are characterized by exceptional sunshine. The composition of the subsoil, which is mainly limestone, ensures good drainage. Exposure varies from east to southwest. In 2005, the Institut National des Appellations d'Origine recognized the name «Côte de Rouffach» as a communal appellation
