The vine
Located in Rouffach, Clos Saint Landelin is the southern end of Grand Cru Vorbourg. The soil is marl-limestone and stony. Riesling is a varietal sensitive to drought. It is planted in the lower part of Clos Saint Landelin, towards a source that ensures a constant water supply, even in the warmest periods.

The Riesling Clos Saint Landelin goes very well with noble fish and seafood, for example St Jacques with cream or a back of cod with firm flesh.
